Did you know that the heart is the most powerful organ in your body? Your heart generates 60 to 1000 times more power and electromagnetic energy than your brain, easily making it the most powerful organ you have.

We refer to this wall of energy as the “Heart-Wall.”

I have found that the Heart-Wall hampers your ability to give and receive love and to feel good emotions. Having a Heart-Wall contributes to feelings of isolation, and can create depression as well as other problems.
My experience is that approximately 93% of people have a Heart-Wall! Do you?

I believe that the single most important thing you can do for yourself is to get rid of the trapped negative emotions that are forming that “wall” around your heart. The Emotion Code is an excellent way to do this. It is the simplest, most efficient method of releasing trapped emotions ever devised. It is easily learned by anyone, without any previous training. The release of trapped emotions is permanent, and it works for all ages.

Wrong beliefs cause most of the problems we have in live.
Wrong beliefs are destructive interpretations of internal images.
Wrong beliefs motivate thoughts, feelings, and harmful actions that cause pain to ourselves and tho those around us.
Wrong beliefs cause us to misinterpret our current circumstances as threatening.
Wrongly perceiving our circumstances as threatening causes stress and shifts our nervous system into 'fight flight' mode.
Stress also causes our cells to shift into self-protect mode.
Stress in our nervous system will eventually lead to illness, disease, pain and suffering.

So far I have found four different disciplines calling themselves HEALING CODES or to that effect. One of those is presented in book form (available on amazon), another is to do with number sequences, and so on.

However, I am talking about The HELAING CODES by Dr. Alex Loyd which have been used extensively since 2004. The codes refer to hand positions (like mudras, but different) used on one ore more of the body's four healing centers.
